What about corporate sponsorships/memberships?

What’s in it for me?
SMCKC provides 3-4 events every month for professional development and networking.
Our professional members get exclusive access to SMCKC sponsorship events. In a given year, a professional member will be included on the 6-8 opportunities to have free tickets to local events and marketing conferences. Past events include: KC Filmfest, GoBlogSocial, digiSTORY, ComputeMidwest, BigKC, Resilient Summit, and advance screenings of local films.
Professional members also get discounts to national social media marketing events and social media marketing tools from Social Media Club. Past discounts from SMC includes: Hootsuite Pro, Social Media Today’s annual conference The Social Shake, and SXSW events.
How did we get started?
SMCKC was founded in June 2008 and since then has grown into Social Media Club’s most active chapter in the US. We put on twice as many events as any other chapter and have a large, vibrant community of regular and professional members. In the past five years, SMCKC has had two of its members serve on the Social Media Club Board of Directors.
